Where Do We Deliver?
At ZYMOVE LLC, we currently ship orders across the United States to ensure fast and reliable delivery for our customers.
Shipping Cost
We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden handling fees or additional delivery charges.
Delivery Time
Order Processing (Handling Time):
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday – Friday) after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time (Transit Time):
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday) depending on your location.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 11:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) (UTC -5) will begin processing the next business day.
Oversized & Freight Items
Some of our larger products — like sheds, gazebos, riding lawn mowers, and generators — require shipment via freight carriers. These orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Currently, we are unable to ship items from a single order to multiple addresses. If you need items delivered to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving the email.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
