Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 90 days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:
— We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items
— New or lightly used products may also be returned
— The item should be returned in reasonable condition

2. Wait for Return Instructions
Once we review your request, we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send the item back without approval, as this may delay the process.

3. Return the Item
After approval, you may ship the product back using any reliable shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. A valid tracking number is required to ensure safe delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 72 hours), we will process your refund.

— Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection.
— You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping and handling fees when applicable.
— We do not charge any restocking fees.
